Study Skills Training

Pathways offers an intervention program to improve study skills. Using a skills training approach, this intervention will assist students from elementary school through college in planning and organizing school projects and homework, as well as preparing for tests and exams. The program includes specific instruction in note taking strategies, the use of graphic organizers and outlining, strategies for optimizing classroom experiences, time management, strategies to prepare for quizzes and exams, organization skills, and reading to recall content.
