Cancellation Policy: Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you register and wish to cancel, please send an email to drchriswillis@cox.net as soon as possible. Cancellations before 12/15/2008 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 12/15/2008 may be subject to a processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 01/10/2009.
